We understand the importance of finding supportive resources when navigating chronic pain, fatigue, stress, or burnout which is why we’re gathering together a list of supportive programming that may help. If you’re looking for more ways to enhance your journey toward increased well-being, this selection of wellness events, workshops, talks, classes, retreats, and more from across Ontario or online is a great place to start!

This section features wellness events from across the greater southwestern Ontario area — including Dundas, Hamilton, Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, Kleinburg, and Vaughan — plus online, available from anywhere.

Intro to Forest Bathing – Beginner’s Walk

Organized by the Forest Bathing Club in partnership with Evergreen Brick Works, these walks are offered as an intro experience to the practice of Forest Bathing.
