About
Sometimes, finding even just a moment to simply be — to feel, heal, and just breathe — can feel like a rarity. Recognizing the deep need for such support, Elizabeth Harris created SPACE Breathwork, a studio dedicated to conscious breathing practices.
The undertaking of breathwork, as Liz teaches, is not just about the method, but the inevitable journey the practice provides; the active form of meditation focuses on using connected breathing techniques to move stuck energy, enabling individuals to connect with their physical, mental, and spiritual selves.
It’s about turning inward, using the power of breath to explore emotions and support nervous system regulation.
To that end, the benefits of breathwork are vast and varied; participants have credited the practice for reducing stress levels or chronic pain, as well as improving anxiety, digestion, lung capacity, and more. The list doesn’t stop there; breathwork has also become known to support increased energy levels and better sleep.
With SPACE’s core classes offered online, the root philosophy of SPACE Breathwork is in Liz’s creation of a welcoming, community-minded environment where every participant is safe to explore. Her compassionate presence ensures space is held for everyone’s unique and deeply personal experience; she guides each participant to let their bodies lead the way, assuring them that whatever arises during their breathwork journey is precisely what serves them best at that moment. Whether participants are new to breathwork, or looking to deepen an existing practice, this approach makes sessions with Liz particularly connective for those navigating symptoms of chronic pain, fatigue, stress, or burnout as she offers a gentle yet powerful tool for accessible self-care and well-being.
// Private Virtual Breathwork
For those seeking a 1:1 experience, SPACE Breathwork offers private sessions where participants set an intention around their individual, unique needs and are guided into breathing into it. “I’ll explain what to expect during a breathwork session, teach you the breathing pattern, and then lead you through a meditation to help drop into a space of connection and presence,” Liz explains. “From there, we begin the breathing, followed by reflection and integration. The space is entirely yours.”
// BREATHE Membership
Sometimes we just need to “take a breather,” which is why Elizabeth created BREATHE — a membership library of breathwork, meditation, visualization, and self regulation practices to help build a regular practice of self connection, mindfulness, and taking time for yourself.
With over 50 different practices — including 30 Days of Breath, a program designed to help you build a regular breathwork practice one 5 minute practice a day — these resources are available anytime, anywhere, and just when you need them most!
As we all require different levels of support, the BREATHE Membership is designed to have your needs met through any of our three membership options:
• Breathe Solo "is for those who want to do their own thang!" Liz explains. "With on the go access to practices, this option is for those who want to experiment with breathwork or are looking to build a consistent breathwork practice."
• Breathe Together has all practices included in the Solo plan, with the addition of a connected community element thanks to bi-weekly group breathwork sessions and their resulting recordings. "This helps to really deepen your sense of connection and to grow in community."
• Breathe Deep includes everything listed above — with the addition of a monthly private breathwork session for those who would best benefit from individualized support.
// HEARD Listening Circle
Acknowledging that stories are powerful, both in their learning and as a source of connection, SPACE Breathwork hosts a series of listening sessions — each with a different theme, such as forgiveness, resiliency, grief, joy, letting go, empowerment, and more. While held online, the sessions are not recorded and sharing is both optional and confidential.
// Open Space
This live weekly breathwork and meditative online call is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to connect with themselves using the power of breath to process, let go, release, and heal. During a breathwork journey, attendees will also use breath to help move stuck energy to increase healing and transformation.
