On a mission to guide individuals on a transformative journey toward resilience and empowerment, Stephenie works to help clients transcend the burdens of past traumas and current triggers by way of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping, it’s sub-counterpart of Matrix Reimprinting, as well as yoga specifically designed for trauma recovery, yoga nidra meditation, and other forms of trauma releasing exercises.
“Conventional approaches can often miss the mark in addressing the intricate layers of trauma’s impact,” Stephenie explains. “I’ve felt the aftershocks of trauma; I see you, I get it, and I understand the depth of your experiences to offer a holistic approach tailored to your unique journey.”
Building on the firm foundation to provide understanding, validation, connection, empowerment, support, and relief, Stephenie offers a variety of bespoke services aimed at fostering healing and growth.
// Private EFT Tapping Sessions
These personalized sessions are designed to address a range of concerns — including chronic pain, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, and one’s relationship to their eating. Stephenie’s expert application of EFT Tapping helps tailor recovery to individual needs, leading to an improved sense of well-being, empowerment, and capacity for enduring results.
“This scientifically-validated stress-reduction technique combines cognitive therapy with the gentle stimulation of acupuncture points, helping to soothe the brain’s stress centres and memory pathways, and support reducing cortisol levels.
// Trauma Recovery Support Sessions
In these sessions, clients develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and begin to build resilience, often resulting in reducing anxiety, increasing self-confidence, and restoring a sense of safety and connection to one’s body. “They’re also about finding a greater ability to find joy and fulfillment in life,” Stephenie adds.
// Trauma Recovery Program for Women
Specifically crafted to meet the unique needs of women, participants discover the freedom to heal, rebuild trust, and cultivate self-compassion while gaining practical tools to help manage triggers and navigate relationships with ease.
// Yoga for Trauma Recovery & PTSD Series
Offered in four-week cycles, each series provides an accessible, safe, and grounding environment for individuals of all ability levels to access valuable tools to help regulate emotional responses to triggers, a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience, and a sense of control over the body and mind. Class sizes are designed to be small and supportive, where participants move and breathe in a way befitting of their needs. “This is a space where participants can explore their connection to their bodies and emotions without the need to verbalize them,” Stephenie explains. “We’re sharing the space and the energy, but not sharing personal experiences out loud.
“They’re also about accessibility to understand what yoga can do for trauma, or to learn about what EFT is,” she continues. “For many, attending these classes is an introduction to the healing process and can be a stepping stone to further personal exploration.”
No matter the format, those who find themselves navigating the difficult impact of trauma can rest assured that Stephenie’s safe, supportive, and knowledgeable approach helps ensure a deeper, more meaningful sense of recovery and well-being.
“Together, we’ll explore the path toward healing. You’re not alone, help is just a message away.”
