Based in Ontario, with sessions available online worldwide, Louise’s 20+ years of experience as a career counsellor, mindfulness enthusiast, and peer-support grief facilitator, plus in her role as a supportive partner and mother, and her work facilitating breathwork workshops for individuals, groups, and workplace wellness programs, means she understands first-hand the impact and importance of tools such as breathwork for helping manage life’s stressors and to respond compassionately to both others and yourself.
