As a single mom and ER nurse, she faced burnout during both her divorce and the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, she blends this professional expertise with lived experience in a sleeves-rolled-up, ‘we’re-in-this-together’ approach, helping her clients create long-term, life-changing recalibration.
Christina specializes in helping women who are navigating life transitions, whether brought on by perimenopause, career shifts, burnout, personal life changes, or more.
