About
This interactive series is where astrology foundations meet mindful embodiment. Over six weeks, you’ll spend 90 minutes each class diving into both theory and practice.
In the first half of class, you’ll learn the essential building blocks of astrology — modalities, elements, zodiac signs, planets, and houses — and discover how they show up in your own natal chart.
In the second half, you’ll embody these energies through guided meditations, journaling, mindful movement, yoga, and dance practices designed to anchor the wisdom into your daily life. This is a space for both learning and experimenting, so you can leave not only with knowledge but also with embodied tools you can return to anytime.
Perfect for beginners or anyone ready to deepen their connection to astrology in a practical, grounded way.
Come join the Lab and discover how astrology comes alive when you learn it, move it, and live it.

// About the Facilitator
Lisa Kiss is a mindful astrologer, meditation guide, author, and instructor based in Hamilton, Ontario, with services available online to clients worldwide. Her work centers on helping women discover their unique rhythms and learn to work with their natural energy rather than against it—a practice that becomes essential for those navigating burnout, chronic stress, or the feeling of being perpetually depleted.
Through private consultations, her online self-paced astrology school, workshops, talks, and podcast, Lisa guides clients in understanding how their astrological makeup can serve as a personal roadmap for energy management and sustainable living. Her approach empowers women to trust their inner wisdom and build lives that honor their cyclical nature, using their natal chart as a kind of North Star to navigate both burnout prevention and recovery.
Lisa's teaching emphasizes working with the elements and planetary placements that fuel your own fire, rather than forcing yourself into rhythms that drain your reserves. This mindful approach to astrology goes beyond personality insights, offering practical guidance for creating daily practices and life structures that can help thwart burnout and support your overall wellbeing.
