Hosted by Joanne Hudspith of Your Connected Path, Befriend Your Nervous System is a free 60-minute online session designed to help you understand what's actually happening in your body when stress shows up, and what you can do about it.
As an embodiment coach, yoga therapist, and author of The Power of the Pause, Joanne’s overall work aims to combine accessible education about stress and the nervous system with practical tools you can use both in the moment, as well as sustainably in the future.
Whether you've been navigating chronic stress, burnout, pain, or just a season of life that's felt like *a lot* lately, the webinar will be a grounded, no-pressure space to start building a better relationship with your own biology.
This one-hour session will offer practical tools for reframing stress, regulating your nervous system, and bringing mind and body into greater harmony. There will be a bit of education about stress and the nervous system, Joanne adds, and participants will get to experience and practice some tools for working with stress in the moment, and consider ways to proactively support your nervous system in the future.
No prior experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to try something new!

Joanne Hudspith is a certified Yoga Therapist, author, and coach based in Hamilton, Ontario. As the founder of Your Connected Path and author of The Power of the Pause: A Course & Workbook Towards Greater Mind-Body Connection and Improved Resilience, Joanne helps clients and readers understand that their nervous system isn't the enemy, but rather something to work with, not against.
