About
Join certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Grief Movement and Nervous System Regulation Facilitator Angela Churchill for a one-hour sanctuary of sound as part of Elora's Winter of Wellness at the Elora Mill Hotel & Spa
Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and a gentle ocean drum guide you into a deep state of relaxation and renewal
Each session is crafted to release tension, restore balance, and open your senses to the healing power of sound. The rich resonance of the ocean drum combined with the shimmering overtones of the crystal bowls and chimes, creates a layered, immersive experience that nourishes both body and spirit
After this immersive sound journey, you will leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired, carrying the calm and clarity of the session with you into your day
Sound baths operate on the principle that specific frequencies can influence our physical and emotional states. Angela uses carefully selected healing frequencies designed to induce deep relaxation, quiet mental chatter, and support the body's natural ability to reset. This particular session focuses on grounding and balancing, helping participants leave feeling more balanced and settled than when they arrived
Participants often describe sound baths as giving their mind permission to finally stop working so hard. This session offers practical nervous system support through an accessible, non-invasive modality that meets you exactly where you are

// About the Facilitator
Angela Churchill is a certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Grief Movement and Nervous System Regulation Facilitator based in Guelph, Ontario. As founder of Body of Sound, she brings a deeply personal understanding to her work — having discovered sound therapy's transformative power through her own journey with chronic pain, trauma, and healing.
Angela's approach to sound healing combines her background as a musician with specialized training in therapeutic frequencies and vibrational medicine. She creates custom sound frequency healing music designed to address specific physical, emotional, and mental health concerns, recognizing that sound can influence everything from cellular function to psychological states.
As a highly sensitive person with strong intuitive and empathic abilities, Angela understands how overwhelming modern life can feel, particularly for those navigating chronic pain, burnout, ADHD, or autistic burnout. Her practice integrates multiple modalities including vibrational acupressure, where tuning forks are applied to specific points on the body to recalibrate energy and promote deep healing without needles or disrobing.
Through Body of Sound, Angela offers both in-person sessions in the Guelph area and online services, making her therapeutic work accessible to anyone seeking nervous system support and holistic healing.
