About
Valentine's Day doesn't have to be performative... This sound bath is an invitation into stillness, self-connection, and nervous system ease. Angela Churchill, a certified Sound Therapist and Reiki Practitioner with Body of Sound, offers exactly that through her Sound Bath for the Heart experience, held in the unique environment of Nature's Salt Cave
Held in the serene environment of the Salt Cave, this session uses sound and vibration to support deep relaxation, emotional regulation, and a sense of safety in the body. As tones wash over you, the body is invited to soften, the breath to deepen, and the heart to gently open - without effort.
This experience is ideal if you're longing for rest, reconnection, or a quiet way to honour love in its truest form.

// About the Facilitator
Angela Churchill is a certified Sound Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Grief Movement and Nervous System Regulation Facilitator based in Guelph, Ontario. As founder of Body of Sound, she brings a deeply personal understanding to her work—having discovered sound therapy's transformative power through her own journey with chronic pain, trauma, and healing.
Angela's approach to sound healing combines her background as a musician with specialized training in therapeutic frequencies and vibrational medicine. She creates custom sound frequency healing music designed to address specific physical, emotional, and mental health concerns, recognizing that sound can influence everything from cellular function to psychological states.
As a highly sensitive person with strong intuitive and empathic abilities, Angela understands how overwhelming modern life can feel, particularly for those navigating chronic pain, burnout, ADHD, or autistic burnout. Her practice integrates multiple modalities including vibrational acupressure, where tuning forks are applied to specific points on the body to recalibrate energy and promote deep healing without needles or disrobing.
Through Body of Sound, Angela offers both in-person sessions in the Guelph area and online services, making her therapeutic work accessible to anyone seeking nervous system support and holistic healing.
Nature's Salt Cave offers a therapeutic environment that replicates the natural microclimate found in underground salt caves, creating a space where the body can absorb the benefits of mineral-rich salt air. The practice of salt cave therapy has European roots, where the healing properties of natural salt caves were first observed and studied.
The cave itself is a carefully controlled holistic environment, ionized and saturated with highly dispersed Himalayan salt. As visitors breathe in the salt-infused air, active minerals travel through the respiratory system, potentially offering relief for those managing breathing challenges or seeking general wellness support.
A key feature of the space is the water cascade — a softwood structure where brine flows at a gentle, steady pace, evaporating to create a saline vapour effect throughout the cave. This process enhances the air with natural mineral elements while generating negative ions, similar to what occurs naturally around flowing water or ocean environments. These negative ions may help strengthen immune function and support the body's natural pH balance, creating an atmosphere conducive to deep relaxation and restoration.
Located at 200A Victoria Rd. S. in Guelph, Ontario, Nature's Salt Cave provides a unique wellness environment where therapeutic practices like sound healing can be experienced in an enhanced healing atmosphere.
