EmpowerHER is back for another year at Four Fathers Brewing Co., and it's shaping up to be a really lovely way to spend International Women's Day.

On Sunday, March 8th, The IV Loft transforms into a space for connection, movement, and restoration — a morning designed to help you slow down and actually enjoy being in a room full of women who are doing the same. The experience opens with an Empowerment Workshop centred on self-reflection, followed by a gentle yoga session designed to release tension and restore balance. From there, you'll settle into a deeply restorative sound bath — the kind that makes you forget what day it is (in the best way).

The morning wraps with a social hour that includes charcuterie and grazing boards, a mimosa, coffee and tea, and access to the bar for craft beer and non-alcoholic options. It's the kind of wind-down that lets real conversation happen without anyone checking the clock.

Doors open at 8:30 AM, programming begins at 9:00 AM, and the event wraps around 1:00 PM. Bring your own yoga mat, and come as you are — this is a space built for showing up exactly as you feel on the day. Spaces are limited, so grab your ticket early.
