This picturesque setting, with stunning city sunset views, recognizes that true wellness requires more than just movement, it provides the space to breathe, time to reflect, and opportunities to truly restore.
As your guide, Sierra brings a rare combination of expertise that makes her uniquely qualified to support your wellness journey. With over 17 years of experience spanning both culinary nutrition and movement practices, she offers a comprehensive approach that nourishes your body and beyond. As a Holistic Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food, plus a Certificate in Culinary Arts, Sierra understands how proper nourishment supports healing and energy restoration. Her extensive movement credentials, including certifications in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga (trained in India, the Canary Islands, and Canada), Aerial Yoga, Yoga Nidra, mat Pilates, and stand-up paddleboarding, ensure she can meet you exactly where you are in your wellness journey.
