The ceremony takes place in a Himalayan Salt Studio with Halo Therapy, adding an extra layer of wellness to your experience. The gentle salt-infused room and air supports respiratory health, enhances relaxation, and promotes a sense of grounding, while also amplifying the calming and restorative effects of the sound healing.
You’ll be guided through joyful, heart-opening stretches and calming breathwork to release stagnant energy and create space within. From there, you’ll settle into a deeply restorative Sound Bath experience, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments wash over you. These healing frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of rest and renewal — allowing stress to melt away as you reconnect to clarity, creativity, and inner peace.
The evening will close with meaningful intention setting, planting seeds for an amazing and fresh Spring season ahead. With guided reflection and inspired journaling, you’ll choose how you want to grow — what you’re ready to release, and what you’re ready to bloom into. As a classroom teacher and wellness coach, MYndful Movement founder Deb Taylor is focused on mental and physical health from the inside out. A seasoned sound healer, yoga instructor, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness practitioner with years of experience across music, meditation, yoga, nutrition coaching, and education, Deb offers a holistic approach to wellness that promotes healing on both a physical and emotional level. Her specific training in trauma-sensitive mindfulness allows her to create a safe, compassionate space for individuals who have experienced trauma, ensuring that retreats she hosts, corporate wellness presentations, sound baths, and yoga sessions are accessible and supportive for all participants.
In her monthly sound baths, Deb combines her musical expertise with her deep understanding of mindfulness and trauma awareness. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, she creates a soothing auditory environment that encourages deep relaxation and mental clarity. Her background in yoga instruction enhances this experience, guiding participants to release tension through mindful movement and breathwork.
