About
THEME: Creating Safety
Align with the cosmic rhythms every month in this unique mindfulness gathering.
Each month, we explore the themes and energies of the current astrological season, guiding you through a meditation to embody these celestial influences. This is your opportunity to harness astrology as a personal growth tool and move through each season with purpose and clarity.
We wrap things up with Dance meditation as a moving meditation practice that explores sound and breath as our anchors. We will connect with the intuitive, expressive energy of each zodiac season through movement to release stagnant energy, embody your emotions, and attune to your inner wisdom.
Take this time to nurture your well-being and rediscover your inner calm. No special equipment or experience is needed — just a quiet space and a willingness to breathe deeply. ✨

// About the Facilitator:
Lisa Kiss is an intuitive astrologer, mindfulness meditation guide, and movement teacher based in Hamilton, Ontario. She specializes in helping women navigate overwhelm, prevent burnout, and find balance by reconnecting with their innate cyclical nature.
Through her unique approach that blends ancient astrological wisdom with modern mindfulness practices, Lisa empowers her clients to discover their personal rhythms and align with their natural energy cycles. She firmly believes that each person's natal chart serves as their "North Star," guiding them toward a more fulfilling and sustainable life path.
"On a personal note, I have danced since I was three and unknowingly it was my first mindfulness practice," she shares, of her monthly dance meditation sessions. "The freedom experienced from dance cannot be explained from just a physical level, it is soul medicine and that is why I include dance/free flowing movement as a meditation practice."
By teaching women to attune to each astrological season, Lisa offers a path back to inner wisdom — a way to move through life's challenges with greater ease and authenticity. Her work poses a gentle question: "Are we listening to our inner wisdom and letting it guide us, or are we going against it and then wondering why we are tired, not in flow, and burnt out?"
