Running for six weeks, this holistic mind-body series blends together gentle, beginner-friendly and trauma-informed practices, each designed to help participants release tension, quiet their nervous systems, and reconnect with a sense of ease in their bodies. The 60-minute sessions will weave together movement, breathwork, and restorative techniques that work in harmony to address both physical and emotional stress

As an Integrative Trauma Recovery Support Specialist, Stephenie guides participants through gentle flow yoga to help build body awareness and release stored tension, complemented by yin yoga and psoas release work for deeper relaxation and grounding. Breathwork practices help calm the nervous system, while mind-body techniques support emotional balance and resiliance, all to help create a comprehensive approach to finding steadiness and amid life's demands
What makes this series particularly approachable for those experiencing stress and fatigue is its intimate setting; with a maximum of 12 participants, Stephenie creates the kind of safe, supportive environment where those of any yoga experience can feel comfortable exploring their connection to their bodies at their own pace
