As a classroom teacher and wellness coach, MYndful Movement founder Deb Taylor is focused on mental and physical health from the inside out. A seasoned sound healer, yoga instructor, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness practitioner with years of experience across music, meditation, yoga, nutrition coaching, and education, Deb offers a holistic approach to wellness that promotes healing on both a physical and emotional level. Her specific training in trauma-sensitive mindfulness allows her to create a safe, compassionate space for individuals who have experienced trauma, ensuring that retreats she hosts, corporate wellness presentations, sound baths, and yoga sessions are accessible and supportive for all participants.
In her monthly sound baths, Deb combines her musical expertise with her deep understanding of mindfulness and trauma awareness. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, she creates a soothing auditory environment that encourages deep relaxation and mental clarity.
