About
If old thought patterns and emotional loops are keeping you stuck in survival mode, this transformative 7-week online program offers a gentle pathway toward rewiring your brain for clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
Drawing inspiration from both cutting edge neuroscience research while incorporating time-tested contemplative practices, each session guides participants through practical tools for shifting from reactive patterns to heart-centered responses. Through the integration of meditation, mindfulness, and compassionate inquiry practices, participants are set to learn how to interrupt habitual mental patterns and release emotional imprints held within the body.
Led by Joy Therapy’s Andi D., whose 30+ years of experience in integrative bodywork and nervous system healing provides deep understanding of how trauma and stress affect both mind and body, this program creates a safe space for genuine transformation.
Whether you're new to meditation or seeking to deepen your existing practice, this welcoming online format allows you to participate from the comfort of your own space while connecting with others on similar journeys. The program recognizes that true healing involves not just understanding our patterns intellectually, but learning to embody new ways of being that support lasting change.
Over the course of these seven weeks, you'll explore how to gently interrupt automatic responses, cultivate greater self-awareness, and develop the inner resources needed to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and compassion. This isn't about quick fixes, but about sustainable shifts that support your overall wellbeing and resilience.
// About the Facilitator
Andi D. brings over 30 years of experience in integrative bodywork and alternative healthcare to her role as a Registered Massage Therapist and nervous system healing specialist. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, she has dedicated her practice to supporting clients who haven't found relief through conventional treatments, particularly those experiencing chronic pain, brain injuries, concussions, and TMJ disorders.
As a neuroscience enthusiast, Andi specializes in Cranial Sacral Therapy — a gentle, light-touch modality that facilitates the flow of cerebrospinal fluid to release deep-held tension within the central nervous system. Her integrative approach also incorporates Dolphin Neurostim, medical acupuncture, visceral manipulation, fascial release, lymphatic drainage, and mindfulness practices.
Andi's philosophy centers on the belief that the body holds innate intelligence and that every experience leaves an impression on our tissues, affecting both physical and emotional health. Her work focuses on creating optimal healing environments for all body systems, allowing clients to reconnect with their heart and open their lives to greater joy and well-being.
