About
As autumn invites us to slow down and turn inward, October OM offers the perfect opportunity to cultivate a daily mindfulness practice that honors the season's natural rhythm of reflection and release.
This month-long program delivers a gentle, accessible approach to mindfulness—no prior experience necessary. Each day throughout October, participants receive a carefully crafted practice straight to their inbox, designed to take just 5-15 minutes of your day.
The diverse range of daily practices includes guided meditations, breathwork exercises, mindful movement, creativity and play activities, compassion practices, reflective journaling, and everyday mindful moments that can be seamlessly integrated into your routine.
Led by Mental Health Counsellor Danika Desforges-Bell and a team of wellness professionals at C'est La Vie Wellness, October OM creates space for you to ground yourself in your body, step away from constant mental chatter, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Whether you're seeking better sleep, emotional regulation, stress relief, or simply a moment of daily calm, this program meets you exactly where you are. The rotating variety of practices ensures you'll discover approaches that resonate with your unique needs and lifestyle.
Join a supportive community committed to making mindfulness a realistic, sustainable part of daily life — one breath, one moment, one day at a time.
