About
GROUP SPACE is a live community guided breathwork circle for attendees to reconnect with themselves in ways they haven't before.
"In our circles, we use meditation and breathwork to go on a journey of deep self connection," SPACE Breathwork founder Elizabeth Harris shares. "It is a space where anything is available — insights, realizations, emotional release, or even simply rest."
GROUP SPACE sessions last for approximately 45 minutes, with additional time provided to journal and share, if desired.

// About the Facilitator:
The founder of SPACE Breathwork, Elizabeth Harris is a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, with a BEd and Open Circle Level One Listening Circle certification.
The undertaking of breathwork, as Liz teaches, is not just about the method, but the inevitable journey the practice provides; the active form of meditation focuses on using connected breathing techniques to move stuck energy, enabling individuals to connect with their physical, mental, and spiritual selves.
With SPACE’s core classes offered online, the root philosophy of SPACE Breathwork is in Liz’s creation of a welcoming, community-minded environment where every participant is safe to explore. Her compassionate presence ensures space is held for everyone’s unique and deeply personal experience; she guides each participant to let their bodies lead the way, assuring them that whatever arises during their breathwork journey is precisely what serves them best at that moment. Whether participants are new to breathwork, or looking to deepen an existing practice, this approach makes sessions with Liz particularly connective for those navigating symptoms of chronic pain, fatigue, stress, or burnout as she offers a gentle yet powerful tool for accessible self-care and well-being.
