Join facilitators Crina & Cherivic at Myofascial Release Mississauga on Friday, February 21st from 6:30-8:30pm for a soul-nourishing journey of renewal and connection.
This special two-hour gathering weaves together ancient and modern healing practices — including a sacred cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, sound healing, guided breathwork, and more. Through the unique blend of Cherivic's intuitive movement guidance and Crina's expertise in mindfulness and energy work, you'll be expertly guided through practices designed to release tension, restore balance, and awaken your inner healing potential.
Beginning with an opening circle and intention setting, you'll move through a carefully crafted sequence of experiences that build upon each other – from the heart-opening properties of ceremonial cacao to the freedom of ecstatic dance, the resonant healing of sound therapy, and the transformative power of conscious breathing. The evening concludes with a closing circle to integrate your experience and connect with community.

Myofascial Release Mississauga —
Myofascial Release Mississauga offers innovative solutions for chronic pain, fatigue, stress, and burnout relief. Led by physiotherapists Justin and Nelin Krull, the clinic specializes in the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release.
Their signature Intensive Treatment Program provides over 15 hours of therapy across five days, helping address complex conditions with momentum across a myriad of modalities. The clinic offers a wide range of services including physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, all incorporating or complementing Myofascial Release techniques.
With a focus on treating root causes rather than just symptoms, Myofascial Release Mississauga aims to create lasting change, empowering clients to achieve long-term pain relief and overall well-being through personalized, holistic care.
Cherivic Paculaba —
Cherivic’s calm nature and nurturing intuitiveness is found through her voice when centering, talking about breath awareness or guided meditation. From a young age fitness and dance became a passion of hers, as she always found freedom in movement and flexibility, which led her to try a yoga class. Immediately she fell in love! The awareness of being in the present moment, as well as, the movement into postures spoke to her childhood memories of being a ballerina.
Cherivic has now been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her passion for yoga and spiritual healing has grown since giving birth to her son, as it has allowed her to decompress and find solace in her much needed "me time”. Throughout life’s challenges, her practice is something she always comes back to; bringing her back to center and finding that peace within.
Cherivic completed her training at Kula Oakville and continues to expand and explore her love of yoga, yoga philosophies and spirituality. She has also completed training in Restorative yoga, Myofascial Yin yoga and has received her Master's in Reiki. Her passion is to spread the joy and her love for yoga to everyone from the young and young at heart.
Crina Cretu —
Crina is a Reiki Master, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor, and a Mindfulness Without Borders Program Facilitator with the University of Toronto, Faculty of Social Work. She is also a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Live Blood Cell Analyst.
She is a firm believer in the body’s innate capacity to restore, with proper nourishment and positive lifestyle choices. She is very passionate about helping people discover simple and accessible ways to achieve balance and peace of mind through wholesome nutrition and stress-reducing protocols.
Crina often uses mindfulness-based tools and techniques to help her clients better cope with the stresses in their lives and boost their health.
